• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due
to a mistake on our part or a defect in the product.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance
for items over $50, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

4. Refunds and Exchanges:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned earrings, we will process your refund
within 7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping
charges are non-refundable.
